About the Conference:


In the immediate past, human-kind has faced catastrophic events. This had exerted enormous pressure on global society and forced a host of changes to how we live and work. These changes are pervasive across the micro, macro and meso level. Researchers across the world are busy fathoming the effects of events that occurred in the last two years.

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Nagpur is organising a three day international conference on “Neo Business Practices for the Evolving World”. This conference aims to offer a global platform for researchers, academicians, practitioners, consultants and students to present, share and deliberate on the novel organizational practices in this ever-evolving and dynamic world.

To match up to the ever-changing global requirements, businesses and organizations across the globe are adapting to change in novel ways. To cognize and appreciate these changes, this conference invites research works on the central conference theme across various areas. The conference will involve multiple interdisciplinary sub-themes, and includes a workshop on research methodology for young researchers.

Submission Guidlines


  • Link for manuscript submission.
  • The full paper should have a separate cover page bearing only the title of the paper and author's name(s), designation(s), official address(es) along with phone number(s) and e-mail address(es).
  • The full paper should not exceed 7000 words (all inclusive) and APAformat (Times New Roman, 12pt, single spacing) should be followed throughout the manuscript including references.
  • All the submitted papers will undergo plagiarism check. Papers not satisfying the criteria will be liable to be rejected.
  • Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their paper(s) for presentation through email, after which the process of registration will begin.
  • Registration will be confirmed only after the payment of registration fee and at least one author must be present for the conference and paper presentation. Registration form is available in the conference website.
  • Author(s) with multiple entries must register for each paper separately.
  • Co-authors are required to register and make the payment separately for attending the conference and to receive presentation/participation certificate.
  • Registration fee is inclusive of e-certificate and hard copy of the certificate. Hard copy will be mailed through registered post/courier after the conference.
  • Papers shall be presented online, however, in-absentia presentation is not allowed.
